• General Counsel/ Head of Legal - Global FMCG
• Reporting Into the CEO
• Stand alone General Counsel role
  Top Global FMCG organisation looking for a General Counsel/ Head of Legal that will report into the CEO.
  This role is pivotal to lead and manage risk by providing strategic legal and corporate governance advice to the Board, stakeholders and the business. As the business expands into new markets, this role will build out the legal function and be responsible for implementing systems and processes to streamline legal operational efficiencies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 10 years post qualification experience gained with a top-tier or strong mid-tier law firm
• Corporate, Commercial, Consumer and Intellectual Property experience
• Strong in-house experience in a broad legal and corporate governance role
• Ability to provide key legal and strategic advice at Board and Senior Executive level
• Strong business partnering ability with stakeholder cross levels in the business.
• Strong personal drive, integrity, resilience, empathy and respect
