GENERAL LABORER/CONSTRUCTION WORKER

Yellowstone Structural Systems is looking for a hardworking and motivated construction laborer to join our Structural crew. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting your crew as they install top-tier systems including push piers, helical piers, geo-locks, and some micropile drill work. As a General Laborer, you will assist the Foreman to ensure each project reaches successful completion upholding standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Dig trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes
• Prepare materials
• Clean job sites
• Learn to operate various heavy machinery
• Use company products, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors

WHAT WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Must reside in or near Belgrade or Bozeman, Montana or be actively relocating within 30 days
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to travel and work away from home at least 75% of the time
• Ability to stand, up to 100% of the time
• Unrestricted lifting ability (up to 100 lbs.) and ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Willingness to learn and be flexible in job tasks
• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred
