Description:
R.W. Gibson Consulting Services Ltd., a division of The Gear Centre Group of Companies, is currently seeking a General Labourer/Core Dirver to join our team.
Position Overview
This position is an integral part of the efficient day-to-day operations of the facilities management team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior general maintenance experience is a must
- Must be able to travel out of town for the day and/or overnight(s) as required
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable abstract
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines and timelines

Responsibilities:
- Deliveries (Edmonton & surrounding areas). Travel to out-of-town branches (accommodations & travel provided)
- Drive vehicles & equipment: Half-ton truck, one-ton truck & trailer (manual), scissor lift, forklift, skidsteer, front loader
- Secure loads on trailers (equipment & misc. items)
- Building Maintenance: Drywall, painting, minor plumbing & electrical
- Install T-Bar ceilings
- Other duties as assigned
