General Liability Defense Attorney
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced General Liability Defense Attorney to provide legal representation and advice to clients. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of litigation strategies and be able to provide excellent legal counsel. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Identify legal issues and advise clients on the best course of action
- Prepare and submit court documents and motions
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
- Draft legal documents
- Trials
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed California attorney
- 5+ years of general liability defense
- Experience in litigation and trial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research and writing skills
