Are you an all rounder looking for a new opportunity to join a solid South Auckland Housing team and see where this role can take you!?

• Be responsible for performing general cleaning and minor maintenance duties at a range of housing properties
• Undertake duties such as cleaning, repairing, and applying basic fixes to ensure facilities are tidy and functional
• Ensure communal areas within the units are clean and tidy, and electrical appliances are serviceable

We have one permanent position available working Monday to Friday in Manurewa, Auckland.

• Previous cleaning and maintenance experience
• High attention to detail
• Ability to use your hands in a skillful way
• A “can do” attitude and a willingness to assist in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Full clean New Zealand driver’s license and working rights
