Essential Functions:

• General Maintenance Worker maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites.
• Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, grounds, escorting and other duties assigned.
• Assists Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Technicians and other workers with their tasks
