- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to excel in their roles.
- Set and monitor sales targets, analysing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and effective stock management procedures.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence and compliance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the store’s reputation and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
