REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in big ticket, big box retail sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, analysing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and effective stock management procedures.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence and compliance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the store’s reputation and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
