• Undertake the company’s overall development requirements and effectively decompose the company’s business objectives to the level of the business unit
• Formulate business division development strategies, business plans, cost plans, and organize resource implementation
• Formulate and grasp penetration and development strategies for different markets and customers, and organize resources for implementation
• Ensure that the business unit’s business objectives are achieved and continue to challenge and exceed the company’s expectations and requirements for the business unit
• Continuously improve the operation and management system of the business unit, improve the process mechanism and information system
• Supervise the operation of the business unit and adjust the business plan in a timely manner
• Coordinate and organize the resolution of major problems in business activities
• Review and signing of major contracts of the business unit
• Management of important customer relationships and maintenance of market position
• Highly identify with company culture, actively promote cultural construction and serve as the best example for practicing corporate values
• The main person in charge of team management and construction, selection and retention of key positions, and pays attention to talent development
• Identify and develop successors to core management positions to ensure a healthy talent pool
• Create an atmosphere of motivation and recognition to stimulate organizational vitality and employee morale

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of related working experience with 10 years in R&D setup
• Frequent travel (>30%)
