The Role
General Manager – MEP Installation Contracting Company – Industrial HVAC systems Our client is an established Group of Companies based in Abu Dhabi. They are currently seeking a General Manager for their MEP Contracting Company. The main focus will be for HVAC installations to Industrial facilities The Role: Managing the day-to-day operation of the company, two MEP Divisions (HVAC and Electrical Divisions) - The GM will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of a company size of 500-1000 people. - They will have direct reports for each division, with individual project managers on each site/project - They will oversee the P&L of the company - Be responsible to grow the business through both new business and organic growth - Implement structure, Policies and Procedures - Ensure Contract compliance to KPIs and SLAs are met - Report to the Board
Requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - 10 years’ experience in similar position within an MEP Contracting company – Industrial HVAC installation - Industrial HVAC project experience experience is a must. - Strong experience in leading a team in a senior management role - Strong experience in resolving significant contractual issues on existing contracts, acting to identify and mitigate actual and/or potential problems - Middle East/Regional experience is required - Commercial acumen - Any nationality In return our client offer an exciting role with a competitive salary and benefits, including an annual bonus.
