Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager Business Development and Growth to lead our strategic initiatives in expanding TJW’s services, across Supported Independent Living, Day Programs, and Allied Health. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and establishing partnerships and expanding our community engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Government and non-Government organisations to build a pipeline of participant referrals.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to meet growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand TJW’s reach.
  • Manage the identification and leasing of new properties, ensuring successful participant occupancy.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
