Description:
LOCATION: EDMONTON, AB
My client is a quickly growing, fun and trendy restaurant with locations across Canada. They are looking for a General Manager in training who will grow in the General Manager role within 6-12 months. You will be responsible for leading a team in a high-volume location. If you are a natural leader, a positive self starter, and able to multitask and operate efficiently under pressure, get in touch!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations
- Managing and training front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to deliver impeccable service and uphold the restaurant’s brand image
- Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- Assisting with scheduling and labor forecasting to ensure efficient staffing levels and financial performance
