The successful candidate will also sit on Distilled’s Leadership team alongside the General Manager of DoneDeal, the CFO, CPO, CEO, CCO, Head of Marketing and Head of Marketing

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED

• Proven track record in Senior Leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.
• Experience in rebuilding and fostering positive relationships with industry stakeholders and customers
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, user engagement, and online user behaviour.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to lead the team toward achieving ambitious goals.
• Develop a highly motivated and performant team with a culture of in the moment feedback and accountability.
