In this role you will be responsible for the Dutch organisation, being part of a mid size heavy industry company. This job is your chance to lift the company to their next phase.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in business management, engineer or a master’s in business administration;
- High experience in industrial or/and civil constructions environment;
- Good knowledge of different business functions;
- Good understanding of both Dutch & English language.
SOFT SKILLS
- Strong relationship qualities and decision- making ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive nature establishing a highly motivational works environment and implementing changes.
