In this role you will be responsible for the Dutch organisation, being part of a mid size heavy industry company. This job is your chance to lift the company to their next phase.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in business management, engineer or a master’s in business administration;
  • High experience in industrial or/and civil constructions environment;
  • Good knowledge of different business functions;
  • Good understanding of both Dutch & English language.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong relationship qualities and decision- making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive nature establishing a highly motivational works environment and implementing changes.
