Overview:
As a General Manager, you must be willing to relocate in our 9 state market, present with 3 years of management experience, be dependable, reliable, and passionate about delighting the patient. It is vital that you combine a winning personality with professional dedication and a team-oriented attitude. Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills are also important attributes for this role.
As a General Manager, you must be a fully functional expert in all processes and positions. This is an extremely hands-on management position, and you will spend most of your time working directly with employees throughout the clinic as well as interacting with patients. We have a well-established training process to get you up to speed and familiarize you with our format and the dental industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Your specific duties as a General Manager include:
- Managing all employees to maintain high employment standards consistent with OSHA, state licensing requirements, patient care and overall customer service
- Maintaining all employee files and ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate, performing quarterly evaluations, and coaching your team
- Ensuring that your clinic is optimally staffed and that employees are fully trained in all aspects of their current job as well as able to crosstrain for better coverage in case of an outage
- Developing initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and new patient numbers
- Ensuring that our product is delighting the patient and collaborating with the doctors, lab, and additional staff to achieve that goal
- Analyze the P&L to look for areas of improvement
- Establish and implement marketing campaigns for your location
- Encourage and motivate your team
- Work closely with your team and doctors to ensure that patient flow is being managed
- Complete the end of day and end of month reports, simple accounting procedures, and understand and analyze accounting reports to review production, collections, adjustments, revenue, and profit and loss
- Uphold the company’s mission to Delight the Patient
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Must be willing to relocate in our 9 state market
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Computer proficient
