Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the team operating the legal entities.
  • Ensure compliant, safe and profitable operations.
  • Lead all aspects of services and direct distribution for all Caterpillar large medium speed engines (MSE) and products in the region for Marine Oil & Gas and land based power plants
  • Deliver business plan on parts and services sales.
  • Lead with a customer focused mindset, foster customer relationship, drive customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
  • Network the global Caterpillar- and dealer organization
