As the General Manager of McNeill Distribution, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, from strategic planning to execution. You will lead the growth of our business through operational efficiencies, and financial sustainability and returns.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in high-level management. We prioritise the value of practical experience and proven results, with formal qualifications viewed as supplementary not a pre-requisite. Experience in transport and logistics sectors will be advantageous, however not essential. We look forward to welcoming a leader who can offer fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
The responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of McNeill Distribution’s operations, including finance, sales, marketing, safety and compliance.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to promote business growth and profitability.
- Leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring financial performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company targets and objectives.
- Management of McNeill employees fostering development and a culture of teamwork and accountability.
