JOB DESCRIPTION

This senior position requires collaborating with discipline leads and managing team members to meet deadlines while observing the existing style and technical restraints. Artistic talent, experience, effective communication, and teamwork are essential components of a successful applicant.

Main job duties include the following:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creating and implementing financial goals aligned with the company’s yearly business strategy.
  • Establishing and managing the company’s budgeting and operational standards.
  • Assessing the performance of various departments by examining and analyzing adherence to company policies and financial outcomes.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  • Expanding business networks, conducting negotiations, and finalizing business agreements.
  • Engaging actively in community and public affairs.
  • Ensuring the company’s adherence to all relevant government laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The following qualifications are required for the position:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in senior management within retail and wholesale settings in the healthcare industry.
  • A minimum of a College Diploma.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stress and embrace challenges.
