WHAT EXPERIENCE WE’D LOVE YOU TO BRING?

  • Proven experience Working with technology, business, and product leaders defining and delivering on technology strategy;
  • Be a thinker, an architect, a tinkerer, and a craftsperson;
  • Highly developed management and leadership skills in a SaaS engineering environment, with extensive experience balancing competing priorities;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching/mentoring, critical thinking, facilitation, change leadership, and team development with a focus on embracing our values;
  • SaaS architectural expertise, especially at scale in ideally both multi-tenanted and single-tenanted environments;
  • Be an expert at understanding, designing, implementing, and operating complex distributed systems;
  • Ability to influence deep technical and commercial partners on the need for fit-for-purpose architectural and engineering standards and practices;
  • Ability to attract and retain talent and to inspire the team;
  • Ability to build trusting, meaningful relationships with peers, team members, partners and suppliers
  • Extensive experience deploying cloud-based solutions to Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services utilising best practices for scalability, resilience, and recovery;
  • Experience refactoring and/or re-architecting and scaling large, complex applications;
  • A demonstrated track record in identifying and delivering innovative technical solutions to meet strategic and tactical operational requirements;
  • Demonstrable involvement or engagement with the Architecture and/or Development community;
  • Deep understanding of practices such as Continuous Delivery, Domain Driven Design and Software Craftsmanship
