Responsibilities:
This is a pivotal senior leadership role within Camp Australia, responsible for:
- Delivering on product strategy for Queensland and ensuring alignment to Camp Australia’s vision, mission, values and strategic priorities.
- Setting the strategic vision for the Queensland business that considers the sector (competition), stakeholders, any gap in the market and innovative opportunities.
- Driving cultural and behavioural change in how we operate and lead our field teams to be high performing.
- Managing expectations and performance that results in quality driven, compliant, and safe services whilst delivering an engaging program of activities, which delights our customers and consumers
- Delivering on financial goals of Queensland and having full P&L ownership.
- Providing insight of the internal and external environment that affects Camp Australia and to identify quality improvement opportunities
When successfully executed the role will demonstrate:
- improved consistency and quality of service delivery
- service innovation to deliver greater cost efficiency and/or better customer outcomes
- enhanced employee engagement and retention at all operations levels, and
- increased customer (School, Government, Sector Groups) advocacy yielding improved commercial results
