We’re on the lookout for true leaders. We need a new General Manager to take the top job and make it their own. Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximising financial returns, driving people development and empowering our team to create memorable guest experiences every step along the way.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that maximizes revenue and profitability. Set clear goals for all departments and lead the team in achieving them.
  • Exceptional Guest Service: Cultivate a guest-centric culture throughout the hotel, ensuring every touchpoint delivers a seamless and memorable four-star experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to voco brand standards, group policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage the hotel’s budget effectively, including forecasting, cost control, and capital expenditure.
  • Sales & Marketing Savvy: Spearhead the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts, driving occupancy and revenue growth across all market segments. Foster strong relationships with key clients and participate in industry events.
  • People Champion: Build and nurture a high-performing team by providing clear direction, ongoing coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
