Description:
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of marketing responsibilities (General marketing experience preferred. Specific marketing functional focus will be considered as well)
- Worked for medium-sized marketing agencies, handling end-to-end processes including campaign design, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in B2C, consumer, and retail financials preferred.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and to prioritise effectively
- Financial Trading experience is a plus
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Graduates from top Australian universities with majors in Economics, Marketing, Fine Arts, History and Liberal Arts.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to drive oneself forward in accomplishing tasks and meeting goals, and evaluate according to performance by data
- Great project management skills with ability to multi-tasking, communicate and present with all stakeholders
- Committed to take on reasonable additional hours if required, to cororadinate with other regions outsie of the Australian time zone
- 2nd language in Japanese, Chinese is a plus

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
You will support the Head of Commercial - Australia Retail in executing marketing projects, with APAC and global teams, and take a lead on small marketing projects.
This will include coordinating with the Regional Marketing, Sales, CVM, Website Design, and Product teams to plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, comms plans and client events.
You will optimize the local experience by monitoring competitors, testing new products, and providing business intelligence.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Manage the end-to-end launch of marketing campaigns and new product launches in line with product and marketing road maps
- Work closely on regulatory roadmap in-region ensuring this is up to date and accurate, being the lead point of contact for compliance related projects/updates
- Work closely with Sales and Analyst teams to identify opportunities for, and deliver, high quality in-person events - expos/conferences, appreciation events, seminars etc.
- Review and analyse website and communications reporting recommended optimisation opportunities
