KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Attic Duties:
Attic Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of attics to assess their condition, structural integrity, and suitability for various purposes such as storage or conversion.
Installation and Upgrades: Carry out attic installations, including insulation, ventilation, flooring, lighting, and access points, ensuring compliance with relevant safety and building regulations.
Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to address issues such as leaks, damages, or inadequate insulation in attics.
Space Optimization: Assist in maximizing the available space in attics through effective planning and utilization techniques.
Coring Responsibilities:
Core Drilling: Operate core drilling equipment to create precise holes in concrete, masonry, or other structural materials, as per project requirements.
Site Preparation: Prepare the work area by removing debris, ensuring safety measures are in place, and accurately marking drilling points.
Measurement and Alignment: Take measurements and use proper alignment techniques to ensure accurate hole positioning according to project specifications.
Core Extraction and Cleanup: Safely extract cores and clean the surrounding area, removing any debris or residue generated during the coring process.
Dry-lining Tasks:
Studwork and Framing: Construct or install framework, studs, and supports for dry-lining projects, ensuring proper alignment and structural stability.
Insulation and Damp Proofing: Apply insulation materials and damp-proof membranes to walls or ceilings before installing dry-lining boards.
Board Installation: Fix dry-lining boards to walls or ceilings using appropriate techniques, ensuring a smooth, level surface.
Finishing and Finishing: Apply joint compound, tape, and other finishing materials to create seamless and professionally finished surfaces.
