Responsibilities:
We at The Fono Trust are looking for someone really wanting to make a difference in the community as a General Practitioner in our West Auckland practices.
GPs are well supported within The Fono’s integrated model of care – FonoCare. It provides a full range of primary health with outreach services and specialist and community nurses, on-premises mental health clinicians, a well child group, dental, public health, and social services. All working with our GPs to provide a very special range of services for our patients and their families.
Both roles are part-time up to fulltime roles and can be contractor or employee. The package will be worked out with you. Locations are in Henderson Central or Blockhouse Bay Road – both practices easily accessible from west/central/south. Days are Mon, Tues (or as many additional days as you want).
