POSITION: RETAIL ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Position Summary:
The Retail Accounting Associate is responsible for general retail accounting processes. This individual will provide support to the team by tracking and managing expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The Retail Accounting Associate must have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to be effective in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Department (Ford, Chevy, and Dodge Dealership)

• Retail Billing clerk
• Wholesale
• Dealer Trades
• Remit payments and reconcile accounts for new F&I Business.
• All Axiom products
• Ford ESP
• GM Protection Plan
• Mopar Vehicle Protection
• Gap Insurance
• CLAH Insurance
• Process all F&I product cancellations.
• F&I Dealer reserve reconciliation.
• Stock in all new, used, fleet inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 + years’ experience in accounting and/or Finance.

SKILL SETS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and accounting software programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail is essential.
