Job Description:
40 hrs / week, 100% In office position
45 000 - 70 000$/year depending on experience

  • HR strategy alignment with business objectives.
  • Employee support, relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Training program development and oversight.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field an asset.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of Quebec labor laws.

  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is required.
