WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking for a Generative AI Architect to join our Information Technology organization. In this position, you will develop and implement generative artificial intelligence solutions across the enterprise. You will act consultatively to understand and develop robust GenAI strategies, design scalable GenAI systems, and implement generative AI solutions across the enterprise that give HNI a competitive edge.
This position requires a deep understanding of the generative AI landscape including tools and technologies used and will have a strong grasp of deployment architecture and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design end-to-end generative AI solutions that support business needs as defined by IT and business leadership.
- Refine the architecture and framework for generative AI cloud applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Create high-level and detailed design plans for generative AI production solutions, including selecting appropriate GenAI models, appropriately sized LLMs, the RAG patterns, and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of generative AI models to ensure their accuracy, efficiency, and usefulness in the domain. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary and cross function teams. Lead the technical discussions that enable generative artificial intelligence capabilities to be adopted by the HNI corporation.
- Evaluate new generative AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate advancements into the organization’s generative AI ecosystem.
- Operate with a “risk-aware” mindset to anticipate unintended consequences of recommendations and decision making.
