JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Generative AI Enablement Lead is a strategic role dedicated to executing Crowe’s Generative AI Enablement strategy. This includes leading workshops, supporting incubator buildup, and managing materials curation across Business Units and collaborative partners.
The primary goal of the Generative AI Enablement Lead is driving adoption and successful use of Generative AI tools firmwide at Crowe. The supporting goal is to upskill Business Unit Transformation teams to manage their own incubator groups and interface effectively with Learning Leads/Learning Solutions. Success in this role is measured by establishing a strong foundation for these groups, enabling them to keep material fresh and relevant as the AI landscape and tools continue to evolve.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep experience in and excitement for Generative AI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong public speaking skills and experience leading workshops
- Experience managing materials curation and documentation creation for non-technical audiences
- Ability to upskill teams and manage incubator groups
- Ability to manage competing perspectives and priorities to accomplish program goals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep experience with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT applications
- Interest and ability to stay current on latest Generative AI models, capabilities, and industry trends
- Background in developer relations and/or management of AI products
- Experience in education or teaching, i.e., designing and leading webinars
