GENESIS DRIVING CONSULTANT

Salary: £25,000 per annum, £31,000 OTE
Location: Based in Stoke-on-Trent however travel required
Hours of work: Flexible 5 days per week including some weekends

REQUIRED SKILLS AS A GENESIS DRIVING CONSULTANT:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
• Ability to develop exceptional product knowledge and keep regularly updated with trends in the marketplace and brand development.
• Eagerness for career progression and development.
• Quick learner and can adapt to the changes of the role.

• Support the Genesis Personal Assistant with delivering and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Complete test drives with customers with confident product knowledge execution.
• Support the customers throughout their aftersales journey from handover to service and MOT booking.
• Responsible for the logistics of customer vehicle collections and delivery around the Midlands and North West.
• Demonstrate strong brand knowledge and proudly represent Genesis.
