Description:

Everbridge: a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is actively seeking a talented and motivated Geospatial Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Budapest. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to the forefront, we have an opportunity that offers both professional growth and the flexibility of a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement (within Hungary)
At Everbridge, our Geospatial Insights Team combines software development prowess, GIS proficiency, and intelligence analysis to deliver vital geospatial intelligence. We empower clients to navigate complex and unprecedented situations, offering strategic, visual, and analytical solutions for dynamic challenges such as geopolitical conflicts, natural disasters, and logistical complexities.
As a Geospatial Insights Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating geospatial data into actionable intelligence, supporting crisis management, strategic planning, and operational continuity. Your contributions will directly enhance our clients’ ability to respond to, manage, and recover from disruptive critical events.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret geospatial data to provide clear, actionable insights for emergency response, strategic planning, and operational decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth) to integrate and visualize static and dynamic data, highlighting critical information during events like natural disasters, civil unrest, or logistical challenges.
  • Engage with a variety of data sources in dynamic and challenging conditions, providing assessments that inform public safety, evacuation strategies, and infrastructure status.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive reports and visualizations, guiding stakeholders through the complexities of critical events.
  • Operationalize field-generated information, enhancing our platform’s responsiveness and effectiveness in real-time scenarios.
