Le Gérant des opérations est chargé de fournir des niveaux élevés de satisfaction client en s’assurant que nous dépassons nos engagements envers les clients.

Nous sommes spécialisés dans la fabrication d’assemblages et de kits de tuyaux sur mesure ainsi que dans la distribution en vrac de tuyaux et de raccords. Depuis 1976, nous nous efforçons de toujours fournir un service client perspicace avec un personnel expérimenté et compétent. En tant que représentant exclusif des produits hydrauliques et industriels Forsaflex, nous maintenons des entrepôts bien approvisionnés dans 6 emplacements à travers le Canada, desservant de manière fiable un large éventail d’industries. En raison de la croissance actuelle et future prévue, Echelon Produits et Services est actuellement à la recherche d’un leader compétitif et axé sur l’équipe pour notre succursale de Laval.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA en affaires, ou un autre domaine connexe préféré, mais pas obligatoire
• Autodidacte motivé avec une solide expérience éprouvée de plus de 8 ans de succès en service à la clientèle, préféré mais non requis
• Axé sur les résultats, aime travailler avec les gens et fanatique du service à la clientèle
• Solide éthique de travail, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
• Capacité à atteindre et à dépasser les objectifs cibles
• Expérience en tant que superviseur ou chef de groupe requise
• Expérience de la distribution industrielle, de préférence des composants hydrauliques de préférence
• Familiarité avec les tuyaux et raccords industriels et hydrauliques de préférence
• Très organisé, avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et de prospérer dans un environnement en évolution rapide
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à hiérarchiser plusieurs projets simultanément
• Excellente communication écrite et orale et solides compétences en matière d’établissement de relations requises
• Solides compétences informatiques, y compris l’utilisation de MSOffice (Word, Excel et Outlook), avec une volonté d’apprendre de nouveaux logiciels
• Doit être capable de travailler avec une grande variété de personnes et de personnalités

  Overview: At Echelon Supply and Service, our focus is hose! We are specialized in the fabrication of custom hose assemblies and kits as well as bulk distribution of hose and fittings. Since 1976, we have been striving to consistently provide insightful customer service with experienced and knowledgeable staff. As the exclusive representative of Forsaflex hydraulic and industrial products, we maintain fully stocked warehouses in 6 locations across Canada, reliably serving a wide range of industries. Due to current, as well as projected future growth, Echelon Supply and Service is currently seeking a competitive and team-oriented leader for our Laval Branch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
• Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 8+ years of customer service success preferred but not required
• Results driven, enjoys working with people and fanatical about customer service
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to meet & exceed target goals
• Experience as a supervisor or group leader required
• Experience with industrial distribution, preferably fluid power components preferred
• Familiarity with industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings preferred
• Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required
• Solid computer skills including use of MSOffice (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs
• Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities

• Manage, coach, mentor, train and support all branch operations & sales team members
• Work to grow business and customer acquisitions
• Oversee the Customer Service Team
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Facilitate the day-to-day management of customer issues, requests or complaints
• Work with operations, purchasing and sales to assist in development and implementation of programs to meet customer requirements
• Manage CRN work orders with other applicable departments
• Work with purchasing and sales to initiate customer contract pricing
• Liaise and support the needs of other branches as necessary
• Direct oversight and P&L management to ensure achievement of net profitability goals, margins, and costs
• In conjunction with HR, conduct annual performance reviews for direct team and provide oversight of the next level
• Support a growth strategy, focusing on new business development, while maintaining and growing existing business within the branch
• Work in conjunction with warehouse managers to ensure shipping, receiving and production are kept up to date, complete and accurate
• Ensure proper operational efficiencies
• Support and develop a culture of Safety in all phases of the business, identifying risks in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the inside and outside sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals.
