RESPONSABILIDADES:
Experienced in OSHA, Environmental and compliance (30-hour OSHA Training Minimum) • CMM, Or MRM, certification preferred. Key Competencies: • Have a strong working knowledge of a wide variety of equipment. • Have strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills. • Must be familiar with full MS Office suite. • Must be proficient and comfortable troubleshooting equipment with OEM suppliers over phone and electronically. • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. • Ability to keep track of and report on activity. • Experience in planning maintenance operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members. • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making. • Must be able to follow and trouble shoot electrical schematics and familiar with general blueprint reading. • Must be familiar with and able to operate and troubleshoot PC, CNC and PLC operated equipment. Physical Requirements • Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching. • Be able to lift 50-150 lbs. • Inside conditions, noise, and hazards.
Assist with New Technology and New Equipment implementation as needed to support the growth of the organization. • Oversee the plants CMMS to ensure all scheduled and none scheduled maintenance task are met and on track. • Oversee MRO inventories are correct and adjusted to support the operation. • Perform root cause, and failure mode analysis as to ascertain machine reliability concerns. • Assist with new hire training and on boarding processes. • Enforce positive teamwork, with associates at all times. • Use cross training as the key focus for all employees’ skills development. • Identify and implement training opportunities to further develop staff resources. • Manage projects to ensure compliance with establish timelines and budgets. • Drive the organization culture into a can-do attitude. • Provide technical and administrative leadership to all within the department. • Update employee job descriptions, highlight opportunities for improvements, and review annually at the minimum. • Prepare and manage the department budgets to ensure accuracy of charges and budgeted guideline conformance. • Work closely with other departments to accomplish key Operational goals as outlined in the Goals and Objectives. • Other tasks and assignments as directed by supervisor.
