As we expand our presence across various regions, we are seeking a talented and experienced District Manager to join our team and lead our retail operations to new heights.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple beauty retail locations within your assigned district. You will lead a team of Store Managers and associates to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the beauty industry, with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a District Manager or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Experience managing multiple stores simultaneously, with a minimum of 5 stores preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful operation of all stores within the district.
- Set and achieve sales targets, while maintaining profitability and controlling expenses.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
