Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English
• Minimum Matric qualification, tertiary qualification advantageous
• FSB registration advantageous
• Previous experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling, or Tourism preferred
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable to change and eager to learn
• Proactive with the ability to perform well under pressur

• Timely handling of telephonic and email queries
• Communication and processing arrangements for medical insurance claims
• Efficient claims handling, including data entry and invoice assessment
• Friendly and outstanding customer service
