WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR FREELANCERS TO JOIN US FOR VARIOUS MISSIONS ACROSS 2024 OF VARYING LENGTH.

Responsibilities:
- Create an event management database and all related travel booking including the issuance of documents for all participants
- Keep participant lists updated at all times
- Keep our customers updated on progress
- Generate emailing’s for the event: invitation, follow-up, final confirmation emails
- Propose travel itineraries to participants
- Provide support on day of event and update attendance information post event
