Description:

Are you fluent in both German and French, with a strong background in corporate services? Our client, a renowned service provider in Luxembourg, is seeking a German & French Speaking Corporate Officer to join their esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate affairs, ensuring compliance, and fostering client relationships within the vibrant Luxembourg business landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between the service provider and clients, providing exceptional support and guidance in both German and French languages.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing all administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Luxembourg corporate laws, regulations, and reporting obligations.
  • Coordinate the establishment and administration of companies, including drafting corporate documents and maintaining company records.
  • Facilitate communication and correspondence with clients, authorities, and third-party service providers.
  • Assist clients with onboarding processes, including company incorporation, bank account openings, and regulatory filings.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and exceptional service to clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in corporate laws, regulations, and best practices, and communicate relevant updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing expert advice and guidance on corporate matters as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and French languages is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate services, company administration, or a similar role within the Luxembourg financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and corporate management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
