We are now seeking a driven individual to join our Customer Relations team at our headquarters in Stockholm. We are looking for a German speaking customer service associate on an hourly/as-needed basis to assist our German customers. There is potential for increased hours and position.
What You’ll Do With Us
As part of the Customer Relations team, you are one of the most important points of contact for our fantastic customers. You love to exceed customer expectations and ensure delivery with a wow factor. You are driven and want to contribute to creating business-driven service with a focus on high quality and look forward to developing our service together with the rest of the team.
You will handle incoming inquiries via email and chat everything from service, product and assortment information, complaints, payment systems, to general questions related to Bangerhead.
Who You Are

You are self-motivated and thrive on taking responsibility and initiative.

• You have previous experience in customer service. Experience with Zendesk is advantageous.
• You are service-oriented, stress-resistant, and sales-oriented.
• Required language skills-in German and English as well as basic IT skills.

• You have knowledge of, and a general interest in, beauty products.
