We are looking for a Project Specialist (f/d/m) to be part of the Production Team.
This is a full-time position based in our location Berlin, Germany.

Tasks

• Organize Shooting Assignments with different Stakeholders
• Handle your own Clients and provide an outstanding Client experience
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Challenge processes and create new ones (this is the only way to grow Backbone)
• Keep our Knowledge base up to date and write down new processes
• Help us scale our Production
• Be able to adapt to new processes and structural changes
• Be a team player. We only succeed if we are a team.

Requirements

• You speak & write fluent German & English
• Ideally, you already had experience in a Client facing role (Service) or leading projects
• Team player who loves to tackle new challenges, Good organizational skills, Curious & Proactive
• Bonus: Dutch or French
