YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Absolvent/ă studii medii;
  • Bune cunoștiințe de limba engleză;
  • Experiență pe o poziție similară - minim 2 ani;
  • Cunoștiințe de Microsoft Office, SAP;
  • Persoană analitică, organziată;
  • Experiența în domeniul automotive este considerată un avantaj.

Responsibilities:

  • Aplica sistemul de planificare MRP a cerintelor pentru noile piese de schimb si produse semi-fabricate pe baza analizelor consumului (inclusiv comparatii de preturi si discutii legate de termene); transmite cerintele legate de comenzile de achizitie pe baza necesitatilor suplimentare si/sau pentru productia interna de piese de schimb.
  • Resposabil pentru lansarea comenzilor prin platforma B2B.
  • Redacteaza si completeaza documente relevante in fiecare caz (avize de insotire a marfii, bon fiscal pentru bunuri, comenzi de achizitie).
  • Organizeaza depozitarea sau repararea pieselor de schimb livrate pentru echipamente sau pieselor returnate de departamentele interne.
  • Colecteaza si intretine baza de date si desenele pieselor de schimb, la solicitarea departamentului tehnic, a departamentului productie sau a furnizorului.
  • Efectueaza verificarii aleatorii a pieselor de schimb noi.
  • Monitorizarea costurilor, a consumului și stocului pieselor de schimb,daca este necesar, introducerea unor măsuri, consultând echipele responsabile.
