Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Product Management Director, the Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy and vision, specifically for our financial processes. You will be the voice of our business users while working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data analytics and technology partners to deliver key functionalities to support our internal customers. In this key role within our Product team, you will identify opportunities in our systems to improve our users experience in a scalable and sustainable way. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounting or e-commerce and a proven track record of leading successful product launches for internal teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data analytics and technology partners to bring new and innovative products to market
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and timelines
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development
  • Communicate product plans, status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure product launches are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
