Are you a forward-thinker with a passion for fashion and e-commerce? Browns Shoes is looking for an innovative Product Manager to help lead our e-commerce strategy and drive change at our thriving company.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our new Product Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Digital and play a crucial role in defining our e-commerce product strategy. You’ll collaborate with product design, engineering, marketing, buying, and sales teams to bring world-class solutions from conception to customer. This role is all about gathering customer requirements, prioritizing new features, optimizing existing ones, owning the product roadmap, and driving e-commerce growth.
Our ideal candidate is a fashion lover with a keen eye on emerging e-commerce trends and a true passion for creating positive customer experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead product discovery activities, working closely with customers and stakeholders alike.
- Own the product roadmap, planning, prioritizing, and communicating the now, next, and long-term visions.
- Define product KPIs that ladder up to OKRs.
- Strategize to ensure we deliver successful, outcome-driven products.
- Manage product backlogs, project timelines, scope, milestones, and prioritization.
- Write product requirements, technical specifications, transaction flows, release plans, and other operational processes.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize product/e-commerce performance.
- Review daily analytics (GA, Tableau, Data Studio, SFCC) to improve the digital journey.
- Leverage A/B testing to optimize the e-commerce experience and drive conversion, AOV, engagement, and NPS.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing, Digital, and CRM to share the vision for the overall digital experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in tech, e-commerce, UX, retail, fashion, buying, planning, and the competitive landscape.
