Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.

Job Description

  • Responsible to develop and steer global AC category management strategy
  • Ensure AC category management strategy implementation with the Regions
  • Responsible for AC category management activities tracking and KPIs
  • Develop the global AC category management strategy with omni-channel (offline/online) concepts to exploit sales potential, drive user journey excellence thanks to an optimal portfolio assortment by channels and Brands
  • Ensure global cross-AC alignment on the category management projects and activities
  • Coordinate with the portfolio teams to include the latest products launches
  • Develop recommendations with the Regions on the category management strategy per channels and Brands based on their main listings and retail set-up ; When regionally aligned then ensure the implementation in the Regions
  • Monitor with the Regions sales and user data to continuously assess the Global/Regional category management strategy relevance to ensure adaptation where needed
  • Ensure tracking and analysis with the Regions of the category management activities to extrapolate global KPIs
