Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role in a nutshell
As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Check Point’s relationships with our biggest global customers. Your trusted relationships with executive decision makers at your assigned accounts will position Check Point to successfully anticipate, understand and meet complex global customer needs. You will work with talented Check Point resources (including Sales Engineers, Executives, Customer Success Managers, Support and Professional Services) and Partners to serve customer interests and grow Check Point’s business.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Achievement of sales targets and objectives
  • Relationship management at all levels of the customer organisation, including c-level decision makers
  • Setting strategic account plans that will lead to business growth and new opportunities
  • Presentation of Check Point products and services in a way that offers solutions to customer business problems
  • Handling large, complex contract negotiations
  • Forecasting, pipeline management and regular business reviews
  • Managing internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction, including virtual management of global sales team
