Description:
GLOBAL PRODUCT COMPLIANCE - AI
ASSA ABLOY Group is looking for an AI Product Compliance Expert with experience of working in an international setting. You will be part of the Global Innovation Management Team and work with cross-functional AI. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in working internationally with AI and regulatory product compliance in the evolving field of cyber security, information security and privacy.
In this role you will work collaboratively in a decentralized and international environment to advocate a strong AI product compliance culture and further develop generative AI knowledge and awareness training for relevant stakeholders in ASSA ABLOY. You will be following the development of laws and regulations with a focus on artificial intelligence in EU, US, China other markets based on needs and play a key part in establishing and forming ASSA ABLOY standards and ways of working. Together with relevant stakeholders, you will actively support collaboration, alignment and sharing of best practices between divisions to reach a common level of compliance for AI across ASSA ABLOY.
You will report to the Head of Global Product Sustainability and Compliance within the Global Innovation Management Team. This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master´s degree in relevant field
- At least 7 years’ documented experience of regulatory compliance in an international context
- Documented experience in working with standards
- AI and cybersecurity technical competence at foundational level
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Relevant work permit for Sweden
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the development of AI laws and regulations in EU, US and China primary
- Participate in Digital Compliance Program and collaborate effectively with key functions (Information Security, Product Compliance and Security and Privacy/Legal) on group level to further outline Digital Compliance Framework
- Develop AI product compliance directives, guidelines and requirements and support their implementation in the divisions
- Provide training on AI product compliance requirements
- Facilitate alignment in the implementation of group requirements relating to AI product compliance through coordination with divisions
- Ensure continuous improvement to AI product compliance framework
- Support follow up of key group requirements in the divisions
GENERAL TASKS
Limited domestic and international travel will be required.
Other duties as assigned.
