Description:

A GLIMPSE OF YOUR DAILY MISSION

  • Meets assigned team Global Alliance sales quotas and individual performance goals for a specific list of designated existing or prospective Global Alliance Accounts.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and strategizes together with the Alliance GAM on key expansion accounts.
  • Researches new accounts, projects, and opportunities through new and existing channels.
  • Develops and executes unified collaborative account marketing plans with the Global Alliance team worldwide to achieve maximum account penetration within assigned accounts.
  • Develops strategy presentations and reports aligned with senior management, supporting Global Alliance Managers and the overall team.
  • Assists the Haworth sales organization in maximizing sales and Haworth profit margins. Frequently utilizes virtual meetings and email communication to make sales presentations, promoting Haworth Global Benefits and Capabilities.
  • Coordinates support for assigned Global Alliance Accounts and monitors all activities within those assigned accounts.
  • Coordinates strategic projects with the Global Alliance Manager and/or local sales management to ensure consistency of service and customer satisfaction across Europe; acts as a liaison between the customer and Haworth in problem-solving.
  • Leads and supports Haworth responses to regional bids for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with the overall global strategy on the account.
  • Manages the creation and works with the global team to create proposals, ensuring approval from the Haworth executive management team prior to proposal. Proposes and negotiates International or Global Sales Agreements (GSAs), including pricing, products, services, and Alliance Plans to grow business with Haworth customers.
  • Understands and respects existing agreements.
  • Maintains account profile information, including key personnel, primary location information, and account activity.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of current Haworth and competitive product lines and service offerings.
  • Utilizes digital tools as applicable while performing functions of the position.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five years of diversified experience in sales and marketing.
  • Ability to focus on research for extended periods of time.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and Vine Sales Tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

The Global Alliance Associate will help increase Haworth’s market share and long-term customer satisfaction through the retention and expansion of assigned Global Alliance Accounts. This is achieved by developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies and action steps to achieve maximum Haworth account penetration. The associate will meet sales quotas and individual performance and learning goals, focusing on both supporting and developing existing accounts and prospecting new business development within the assigned Global Alliance Accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the global sales process.
  • Proposing pricing strategies and programs.Virtually meeting with customers as needed to promote Haworth’s capabilities.
