Global Automation Engineer (w/m/d) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Within the Hospital Care division, we are looking for a Global Automation Engineer (f/m/d) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for the Center of Excellence (CoE) Pharma at the Group headquarters in Melsungen as soon as possible.
The Digital Process Development department deals with the digitalization and automation of processes on an international level. Together with the global network of experts, consisting of process and production managers, quality managers and automation experts, you will work towards the goal of introducing and harmonizing MES systems globally in order to increase automation and drive continuous harmonization and compliance in electronic manufacturing processes.

• You are responsible for the usability of the PAS-X MES platform, the global system standard for pharmaceutical process manufacturing
• You actively develop the PAS-X MES platform functionally on the basis of the MES requirements
• You coordinate technical and cross-business functional requirements, in particular with IT and all departments involved
• You plan system, software and template updates at relevant locations and support change control
• You will also be responsible for independently monitoring and evaluating international regulations (e.g. GMP guidelines, GAMP, GS1 standards, etc.) that affect the relevant departments
• You will also be responsible for operating sandbox, development and qualification instances of the PAS-X MES platform
• Continuous coordination and exchange with IT experts with regard to system architecture and infrastructure rounds off your job profile
