Responsibilities:
- COI Coordination: Operational coordination of Communities of Interest (COIs), monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and hours. Organizing recurring events such as monthly/annual meetings, as well as one-off events
- WeShare Management: Monitoring Q&A flows and posts, updating COI and Knowledge Management pages
- WeKnow Coordination: Coordinating COIs to update articles and templates
- WePlan Oversight: Researching new tools in coordination with the COI PM, redeployment, and updating of WePlan
- Lessons Learned Initiative: Proposing and implementing a global tool and organization for sharing lessons learned; monitoring the lessons learned process. Summarizing Lessons Learned to reintroduce at the COIs level and proposing themes for training to the Global HR department
- Lunch&Learn Coordination: Proposing themes (tools and templates, new technologies and trends, projects, etc.); coordinating with the Global HR department for implementation.
- Global Library Management: Proposing and implementing a global organization and follow-up
