Responsibilities:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Web production of brand and cross-functional marketing campaign pages, product & industry page updates, and optimization of websites across our web properties
  • Project management for campaign, web properties or product launches
  • Owner of the content workflows for multiple regions and languages, which includes the connection with other teams and roles (translations, content, creative, QA) and final product handoff
  • Audit of the content in terms of accessibility, responsive design, SEO, analytics, and brand guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on set to ensure their needs are met.
  • Dedicated to stay up to date on the latest ad tech tools and in alignment with digital standard processe

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Marketing requests intake and backlog management and prioritization, fully aligned with key stakeholders’ needs
  • Regularly provide digital strategists and key stakeholders a short and mid-term view of team capacity
  • Enforce sprint model framework, including all its ceremonies (planning, daily, retrospective, others) and have a crucial role in the POD team management
  • Lead status meetings, capture meeting notes/action items, maintain project schedule/docs, and engage in ongoing communication with requester/stakeholders
  • Enforce and promote agile models for scale and efficiency. Help to redefine and measure success and impact metrics
  • Project management foundations: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and Agile leadership
  • Acts as the owner of the Project planning, execution, and handoff in the different delivery instances
  • Supports Task distribution and constant prioritization of activities based on the overall pla

QA Responsibilities

  • Builds and coordinates the test strategy based on project requirements and schedules
  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the bug-tracking tool
  • Build, audit, and maintain QA documentation (such as QA checklists, test cases, and other material) based on the current requirements and scope of a project
  • Collaborates with the Web team to assess or diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions.
  • Manages and maintains QA metrics to provide visibility around the team’s quality
  • Acts as a bridge for other areas to gather the vital data and actions for the team plan execution
  • Builds the vital documentation and communication to prioritize the team, activities, and processe
