Responsibilities:

  • Defines brand equity, brand positioning and long term plan, leveraging inputs from zone brand leads on consumer & shopper insights, demand analysis, competitive intelligence, content strategy.
  • Defines distinctive brand assets (logo, visual devices, typography, taglines, etc.)
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end experience plan together with Media team. Lead, develop, implement a portfolio support model, including but not restricted to media, advertising and promotion that can help achieve brand vision and bring to life brand architecture.
  • Together with partners, create content and campaigns to deliver against the end-to-end plan.
  • Build strong, strategic partnerships with global creative, design and media agencies.
  • Responsible for the brand sustainability agenda, delivering on key projects against milestones.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to advance simplification of portfolio, and secure stock resilience.
  • Support Global Brand General Manager, Global Brand Strategy Lead and Zone Brand leads to achieve objectives on market share, net sales, volume growth, brand equity.
  • Identification and development of new segments and areas for expansion.
    About you
    We are in search of a dynamic Global Brand Lead who will be the driving force behind our brand positioning, identity, content and key growth initiatives for Mucosolvan / Bisolvon. A candidate who not only possesses a deep understanding of branding and marketing effectiveness fundamentals but also brings along an entrepreneurial mindset and a founder’s mentality. In this role, you will need to think creatively, seizing opportunities to differentiate our brand in a sea of sameness in the category, pushing the boundaries on consumer insights, design and communication thinking.

Your ability to take ownership, foster a culture of creativity, and lead with determination will be essential in propelling this brand to new horizons.

  • Experience: 6+ years of senior level marketing, brand strategy experience or similar role in OTC or FMCG. Global / international experience is a plus.
  • Strong track record in consumer insights, brand positioning, communication development, design and end-to-end thinking.
  • Problem-solving mindset, compelling storyteller and strong in driving results through teams.
  • Team builder and community sponsor, with persuasiveness & influence
