REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 Years experience in a managerial or leadership position.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Familiar with various marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, event management and traditional marketing.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competitors and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and all stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the strategic and tactical plans across marketing, brand and communications for the organisation. You will take the lead in building the awareness and reputation of the brand with a multi-channel marketing department. Working with a team of six, you will work to promote the business to members, students and organisations working in this sector. Your focus will be on the ongoing maintenance, development and growth of the brand both nationally and internationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop cutting-edge brand marketing strategies: As the visionary leader, you will collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and improving marketing processes and technology.
  • Take charge of brand awareness and marketing efforts across all countries and sectors of operation. With your strategic mindset, you will solidify our brand recognition in established regions while strategically increasing brand awareness in new markets and sectors.
  • Manage a talented marketing department spread across international locations. Your exceptional leadership skills will foster collaboration, inspire creativity, and ensure the team’s success in driving our brand forward.
  • Develop, define and maintain overall marketing approach and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • As the Group Marketing / Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee various projects from start to finish. From defining project scopes to creating exceptional deliverables, your attention to detail and strategic mindset will drive project success.
  • Overseeing the strategy development, management, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns, projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with different departments within our organisation to discover innovative and effective ways to market our Business. Your ability to collaborate and come up with creative solutions will strengthen our marketing efforts and drive continued business growth.
  • In addition to strategic planning and project management, you will also engage in content creation, event organisation/management, lead generation campaigns, and print media, Organise and maintain graphic / document templates and resource libraries.
