Global Business Architect (m/f/d)

Advantest has embarked on a digital transformation journey, which is a key enabler for our continuous business growth. The current focus is on the Supply Chain and Quote to Cash process digitalization.

Your contribution to our change journey:

• Collect and identify the business needs on the topics around global BPR and DX together with business owners
• Responsible for breaking down business needs to the design of TO-BE business states with digitalization using a baseline design thinking and customer journey map
• Lead and facilitate the requirement collection and management for projects together with business users, subject matter experts, and project managers. Develop requirement management methodology.
• Work with business, process, data, and solution experts across the global team to develop a sustainable agile operating model that serves global goals as well as local needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design or comparable.
• Deep/proven Experience in leading major business transformation
• Expert in design thinking and customer journey mapping, or similar
• Multi-year Experience in organizational development, training or change management
• Very Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. Japanese is an advantage. German is a plus.
• Extensive operational and supply chain and/or Quote to Cash knowledge with a clear view of the bigger picture
• Healthy mix of process and data experience, technical affinity (ERP, MRP), transformation talents and methodology skills
